We've probably have five inches of snow on the ground around here, but dang it was cold this morning. I had 6 below zero!

Good luck with the muzzle loader dreamhunter.

Hntr ... my hubster will have a cow when he sees the photo. The rack has a really nice spread.

The deer seem to be taking the mick out of the hubster ... there's lots of tracks every morning through our backyard! Oh well there's another rifle week coming up.

I'm done hunting for the year, even though I saw a nice buck at the park today and it got my adrenalin going. And I just talked to my neighbor, he saw a twelve pointer a couple of days ago.

Wow! That is way too much. I usually take a couple of does or one for us and one for the Food Pantry. If I see a nice buck, I will take it, otherwise I pass up on 1 1/2 year bucks and button bucks.

I still have a buck tag I could use for bow, but I'm pretty sure I'm done for the year. My daughter and granddaughter are coming from Texas for a couple of weeks, that will keep me busy.
