Get the sleds ready for them kids. They will get a white Christmas up here for sure. We finally got some snow yesterday through the night and got 6-7 inches of light fluff.

What is that shiny thing in the sky? I think it may be the sun. I see we are still under a winter stom warning due to blowing snow and a wind chill warning too.

-12 on the way to church this morning. I love it. We went for a walk in the woods on our snowshoes. Then I cleared off the bird feeders so the birds have an easier time.
Granite Peak is doing well with skiing this year. They opened right before Thanksgiving and the turn out has been good.
I won't be suprised if the snowmobile trails open soon.

Wow, Ekg. Your snowmobile trails haven't been opened yet? Ours opened a few weeks ago.

My husband looking through the window at me on the computer. He just had snow blowed the driveway. It was -7 at the time. Who knows what the windchill was?

VERY freezing! But I needed gas and so had to go - pretty many cars on freeway up 45 and some in ditches too! Just read a girl from Meno. Falls died Friday night in car crash - VERY sad. Also, my friend's daughter/husband/baby had a bad accident driving over Lake Beutimore bridge (Yes I know I spelled it wrong), slid on ice, all had seatbelts on but she flew around, bruised a little) Car totalled but at least they're all fine!!

Here in central WI we haven't had as much snow. A neighbor went south since the trails are open down there. I would think we should have enough in the next few days to open the trails.

We are getting snow but not as much as the northern lakes or the southern part of the state. But we have been out on our snowshoes.
I have still been walking everyday and enjoying the winter weather. It was cold today but it was also sunny and I love it.

Oh, my gosh, I've got snow here by the lake! I shoveled 2 foot deep snow that drifted in my front side walk this morning. Fortunately my neighbor did the public sidewalk for me, I'm on the corner so I have alot to shovel. Its getting to the point not many places to throw the snow!
I have way more snow than my sister does in the UP and we're due for 2 more storms this week with another 6-8 or so, this December has got to be a record, I bet!
