Humble Apology
First, I'd like to thank all of you who sent me private messages of encouragement and support...and asked me not to leave the forum. I really appreciate that there are several of you here who support and agree with my views.
BUT, I also realize that there's a time and place to express my views, and I don't think this is the place. I originally registered here so that I could learn more about Wisconsin, and converse with people from all around the state. I NEVER intended to get so politically "ignited".
So I want to apologize to anybody here who I may have offended with any of my posts.

Okay well don't take offense as you have invited critique, so this is not an attack. You seem a little passive/agressive in nature...stating that many offered you support in dm's but at the same time apologizing. If you reread your comments, they do come off as harsh, and there was really no need to come down so hard on the OP's involved. JMO and I do understand and appreciate debate.

LOL! Well, I don't know about being passive-aggressive. Nobody's ever called me that before. But I AM a very passionate person when it comes to my beliefs.
But I don't want to go there...just want to learn more about Wisconsin.
Probably will be more of a reader than a poster from here on in (will only post occasionally), but I just wanted to extend my apologies because I feel it is the right thing to do.

To clarify I meant passive/aggressive "sounding" in the posts in question. Take it with a grain of salt if you wish, JMO.

Don't worry FCG, I love to fight for my beliefs. I even submit articles to the local paper sometimes. Some people may think I'm offensive and others may think I'm just trying to stir the kettle. I'm just expressing my views with others. I think that's exactly what your trying to do...

I like reading your posts and hope you stay. At least you try and look at both sides when people correct you.
I find a lot of your posts refreshing.

If I were you, I'd keep posting, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't! You are intense at times but everyone has things they believe in and would defend their viewpoint to the bitter end, why not?

Keep Posting. The forum has been fun to come home to see what you said next. There is a debate thread here that is pretty cool.

Thank you for apologizing, and I agree we all should be able to post our beliefs. Just be prepared when your beliefs are not all received with open arms.

Exactly, we all have to keep in mind that everyone doesn't have the same beliefs as we do.
I'm glad you're sticking around FCG!
