There are many beautiful older homes in Appleton, Neenah, Kimberly, etc, etc. We just prefer the areas on the outskirts of the Fox Cities that have newer homes with more land. There are some really nice developments west of Neenah, north of Appleton, north of Kimberly and Combined Locks, and in the Darboy area.
