Default How is the skiing at Granite Peak?
The family and I are looking for a weekend ski trip some time soon. How is the skiing at Granite Peak. We went to Devil's Head last year and had fun. I've read Granite is a bit bigger. Anyone ski it lately? I know the UP also has good skiing, but we are looking for somewhere closer.

I haven't skiied there, but have gone there to take some pictures. It looks great. A lot of runs, just, snowboarding stuff.

Great pictures! Thanks for sharing them. I won't be doing those fancy stunts, but I think we will head there for a weekend in February

Granite Peak is one of if not the best ski resort in the Midwest (understanding, of course, the implications of "best ski resort in the Midwest").

I live close to Granite Peak. It is a great place to ski. They have been open since November. Come on up and tell us what you think.
