Thank you for all who posted. We are still waiting to confirm the job but those of you who gave ideas--i heartily appreciate it. These are great jumping off points.
~As to the tolerance thing....i think of tolerance as a good thing. a loving thing. people holding hands whether they are mixed race, gay, artsy or conservative and an appreciation by otherswhether they are the same or not. It really wasnt meant to spark a debate. But thanks for your thoughts, something to think about.
