We had a reunion year before last on July 14th, everyone from down south was freezing. I think we had an over-night low of 50 degrees.
Figure on sometime in late July and you won't be disappointed!

Well, we don't plant our vegetable garden outside until at least Memorial Day weekend. Usually don't have consistent warm weather until June - and warm is very subjective.

Lol. Hntr that is too funny! I was camping up in Rhinelander last August and the overnight low was like 45, very chilly. I was not prepared for that. I'd say April/May for nice weather.

My short experience here (just two winters) has been that it doesn't actually get "warm" (in the true definition of the word) until May. But "warm" is sujbective. After a couple of months of single-digit temps, 45 feels warm, and it starts to get and stay in the 40's around the end of March, beginning of April

March 20th (1st day of Spring) is the last time the temperature at night will drop below zero (e.g. 51% chance against.)
That's for NE Wisconsin.
Memorial Day is when we always plant our garden. Again for NE section.

Wisconsin Geography from NETSTATE
The highest temperature recorded in Wisconsin is 114°, Fahrenheit. This record high was recorded on July 13, 1936 at Wisconsin Dells.
Oh, it warms-up, alright.
