browsing super fast, not being too choosey:

low side, $159K The Real Estate Group

here's a beautiful old one down the street from me for $198 The Real Estate Group

3700sq feet for $294 The Real Estate Group

of course none of these are especially extravagant but they should prove the point that houses are still pretty cheap here
