Innocent non-users can protect themselves by exercising the options they already have. We can go around that circle yet again if you'd like, though if you ask me that one is already thoroughly covered.

My point here is that, although legal, smoking in public creates a health hazard to innocent non-smokers. Very similar to drinking. While drinking is legal, drinking and driving poses a very serious threat to innocent drivers.
Boundaries have to be established. Lines have to be drawn. With any drug, whether legal or illegal, innocent non-users need to be protected.

So you're honestly comparing smoking to drunk driving? And that is your reasoning for banning smoking in bars/taverns? hmmmmm
