My neighbor has a heated in ground pool. He turns the heat on about the 15th of April because he likes to take his 1st dip before April 25th (his birthday). I also know guys that water ski right up until Thanksgiving week end. They wear wet suits of course. The news did a big story on them about 2 years ago. I guess if you live here you adapt! And we must be awfully tough. Whenever my brother in law visits from Florida, in winter he is frozen no matter what the temp. Hard to believe he was raised in Chicago. I think FL softened him up.

The snow we got on Wednesday was gone by noon on Thursday. Most of it melted as it landed which was good for the grass and my tulips. It is sunny and beautiful here today!
