Frank Lloyd Wright was born here. I think "pizza fries" are also unique to WI. The Onion Newspaper was started in Madison.

Fish boil of northern WI.
Kringle of Racine,WI
Frozen custard of Milwaukee,WI
I haven't tried either, but I have family from Milwaukee(my father). I do want to try those thigns I just mentioned.
