Anyone here work for Swiss Colony? Know someone who does? (Sheboygan: college, to move)

Hi there and thanks for reading my post. I am a former Wisconsinite who is desperate to move back. I found an analytic position at Swiss Colony that exactly matches what I do now for a major bank. Here's the problem: I have been having trouble with potential Wisconsin employers telling me they don't like to hire from outside the area. Even though I tell them I went to college in Sheboygan, etc., etc., etc., they are very wary. I would really like the opportunity to talk with someone about the analytic position at Swiss Colony, but need a little help getting my foot in the door. I'm willing to relocate myself, as well as foot the expense for coming out for an interview process. Thanks in advance for any insight, help, or advisement you can give.
