Need resources to find housing in Eau Claire (apartments, bus)

My friend and I are hoping to move to Eau Claire in January. She is in a wheelchair, and I have some chronic illnesses that also sometimes land me in a wheelchair. We're looking for a 3-4 bedroom place that is wheelchair accessible and affordable, and not having too much luck. I have inquired about a couple of 3 bedroom apartments, but we would rather have 4 bedrooms, and not an apartment if possible since I have 3 birds and will be teaching private music lessons. It also needs to be close to a bus stop since she doesn't drive. The place doesn't have to be built to be accessible--just needs no stairs into the house, or willingness to put in a ramp, and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and laundry on the main floor. I have pretty much exhausted all my resources as far as searches and housing websites that I can find. Does anyone have any resources I could check out? Thanks!
