Best neighborhood in Appleton, Wisconsin? (best neighborhoods, low crime, homes)

Hello all! I am looking into moving to Wisconsin! ANd I would like to know, what are the best neighborhoods? (price range: $200,000) Can you tell me if I am right on budget? Please help! I am looking for low crime, a good high school, perferably a gated-community, and perhaps a three car garage. Thanks all!

In the $200K range you might try near either east of Horizons elementary or near Janet Berry elementary school on the south east side of town, or the Ferber elementary area on the north side. The former is East high and the latter is North high, both are good high schools. Both should have plenty to offer in the $200K range and both are near even more expensive streets and/or "gated" areas. The gated areas can be much more expensive but you might find something in the range; look on the north side of town, north of hwy 41 and west of Meade st.

p.s. pretty much the whole city is as low of crime as you will find anywhere.
