I was denied of unemployment in Colorado due to poor job performance.Since this manager started working for Westerra Credit Union, she has constantly harassed and criticized me. Prior to her working for Westerra I had never had any problems with the company. In fact, I was always praised for my hard work and dedication. Members would complete surveys stating how happy they were with my service; mystery shoppers gave me a perfect score because I followed all the procedures while providing quality service; I always made my sales goals; and on my last review I received high remarks for having perfect attendance. I had been with the company for 5 years and never in that time (prior to Wanda working there) had I been disciplined for “poor performance.” During my time with Jeffco/Westerra I had always been praised for my dedication to compliance and performance and for my outstanding work ethic. please advice!!!
