What are your thoughts on Sturgeon Bay...summers exciting, winters dead? Ndheah, do you find that there are others young professionals around?
1) Northern Appleton to Northern Green Bay will take about 35 minutes.
Southern Appleton(through city to 41) to Northern Green Bay will be more like 45 minutes.
2) That profession will do OK around here(dollar and security wise), thanks to the Packers but you may have a hard time finding work as around here people keep there jobs for many years.

3) You may want to look at moving earlier if you're moving to Sturgeon Bay, as that is the beginning of tourist season and you'll want to be a bit more settled.

4) Sturgeon Bay, town of about 10,000 people. Not the best for a young person.

5) Other young professionals - Maybe. I am a call center supervisor, the next youngest person that works for me is 4-5 years older than I am. The neighborhood we just moved into(bought house) is filled with older people. Many over 60 and some middle aged.

Appleton, far better than Green Bay in every way you look at it.
