All schools, businesses, cities, towns and villiages will have to comply.
Transportation will be greatly affected. The list is endless and scary.

Both bills are listed in this article--please look them over. AB 649 is easier to read. SB 450 is smaller print but the same as far as I can tell. Page 4(SB 450) lists everything affected.

We all know that global warming was a scam.
Senator Inhofe on the Committee for Enviroment and Public Works for the U.S. has been very involved with this issue. Doyle must have missed the memo.

Don't worry most conservatives know about this bill and with Scott Brown winning last night, I'm not worried. By Scott Brown winning it shows Obama that even liberals don't want more government in our lives.

Inhofe is a creationist anti-intellectual loon. If you examine the empirical climate data you will find that the all of the hottest years in recorded history have occurred within the past ten years. Global average temperatures are increasing and humans are partly to blame. Do I think we need to shove through Cap and Trade? Not necessarily. We need a more measured approach that gives industries and businesses more time to adapt and protect low income consumers from any price increases. The examination of business taxes and state taxes need to be addressed as well. A good entreprenurial climate is a big key in developing the necessary human capital to develop technologies that address the climate conundrum. We also need to encourage the issuance of grants for businesses and consumers to increase energy efficiencies. This saves businesses and consumers lots of money and increases profits. Even those that don't think the climate is getting much warmer recognize the fact that energy efficiency, green-collar industries, and a rational energy portfoilo will put the US on much better footing going forward.
