According to the census bureau, Kenosha is considered part of the Chicago metro area due to commuter data and the fact it has a Metra station.

But knowing how Wisconsinites generally dislike ****, i have to ask whether Kenoshans themselves see their city as being more in Milwaukee's sphere of influence than Chicago's.

Which city do more Kenoshans usually go to for sports, entertainment, concerts and shopping?

From personal experience most people that I have met from Kenosha tend to relate to Chicago more so than Milwaukee. Kenosha resident can listen to FM radio from Chicago, watch Chicago Tv over the air, read the Chicago newspapers and can take a Metra train down to the loop.

In my experience, the Kenosha folks who are from Wisconsin relate to Milwaukee and the ones who grew up in Illinois relate to Chicago.

My unscientific analysis suggests it's about a 60/40 split in favor of Milwaukee.

you could probably get both sets of TV station with a good antenna. Actually there's an area in there where you could get stations from Rockford, MKE, CHKO, and Madison with a good antenna setup.

As a former resident of Kenosha (born and raised in Wisconsin), I identified with Chicago. (However, we got both Chicago and Milwaukee radio and TV stations.)

I have grew up in Kenosha and lived here 35 years. It's funny but we notice the Milwaukee weather stations dont mention us 98% of the time when it comes to Kenosha. However if you watch Chicago weather they mention Kenosha often in the weather forecast.

I have always identified with Chicago because of this. HEY FOX SIX KENOSHA IS PART OF WISCONSIN TOO
