Relocating to Birmingham (employee, degree, reputation, jobs)

I relocating in the near future to the area I looking for jobs in the medical field, I have a Associate degree in Medical Assisting for 6 years. I dont know what hospitals have a good reputation of hiring or within there medical practices. Or even who has a good employee rate. Also or if I could get some info on staffing agencies emphazing on healthcare that are good about placing candiated. Thank you for your time any help...
