If someone accepts a temp-to possibly permanent full-time job (paying considerably less than their previous permanent full-time wages) just to keep their skills up, and:
1) they haven't exhausted UI from their previous full-time employer (still have extension and tiers available), and
2) they're eligible to get reduced UI from that previous full-time employer while working that full-time temp job,
can they resume collecting unemployment benefits from that same full-time employer (instead of the temporary employment agency) if the temp job ends (doesn't turn permanent)?
