Being attractive will never hurt you in the work world.
My father was in HR/personnel for years. One of the oldest tricks in the book is to say a job requires an impossible, irrelevant, and seriously overstated, skill set. Then you can reject anyone who does not have that skill set without getting into EEO type trouble. And eventually hire whomever you please. Boobs or not.
You are judged by 3 things: How you speak, how you write and how you look. That being said, if you come into a professional office with a quatruple D side breast size and look like a porn star in a suit with 2 grotesquely oversize watermelons, they will probably think you are a porn star looking to supplement your income. I doubt they will hire you. Now if the company promotes strippers or adult entertainment film company, you will surely get the job - even if you will just be answering phones and typing. But Barclays Bank, Sotheby's or Christie's Auction House will probably tell you "we'll call you."
Just wanted to stir the drama pot a little. Do you have any stories which you think a woman has had implants and seems to be under-qualified for her job?
I know of two people. One quite well who is leaving soon, she has never gone to college and is amongst a team of which all others at least have their four year degree and some have or are working on a masters. She's leaving soon, I saw the announcement that a bachelors is required! I don't know the many specifics, no idea how she got the job, if she knew someone or did have a stronger skill-set then other candidates. But she seems least productive of the team.
The other girl is an acquaintance of mine, often see her around town on the weekends and such. Fake boobs, no degree, she admitted she knew someone which got her the job. That raises the question, did the boobs have anything to do with meeting that someone?
If she is UGLY with big boobs then the answer is NO
If the hiring came down to two equally qualified people then the better looking one will always win out be it a guy or a girl. For me I still have to have a qualified staff. Still if some lady shows up and she happens to have a nice looking body then she gets at least a look.
You took it to one extreme, skill only. I took it to the other extreme, looks only.
Exception to the rule, if what she said is even true. I'm not going to say that strippers who strip for drugs are the majority, but will say if you strip and do drugs, you have a weaker moral compass than most and can't be surprised that they would lie. Therefore they'll probably get you to give them more money (more drugs) if they say they're going to school then if they said they need their hourly meth fix...
I've heard this scenario a few times...A girl would strip while attending college, it's their only job, they do it to pay the bills and for spending money. Their grades slip as the late work hours cut into their sleep and study time. They determine they're only going to take one semester off and ultimately never go back.
I didn't believe it myself...but one of the guys I was with (it was a bachelor party) graduated from college with her, which is how I met her. It was pretty great being able to make fun of my friend for having a lower graduating GPA than a stripper, though
If she has big boobs no one notices her face as we don't look at it. It is a huge plus. They come in handy for holding your coffee and seeing them makes the day go by faster.
Having women with big boobs around can increase productivity as the men work harder for a raise so they can buy something to impress these women. You do have those that don't do anything but stare at them and drool at them all day though.
What if the big-chested woman in question is the BOSS? Too bad my employees (when I was a manager) were all straight women... no advantages for me there.

Looks always matter in the workplace. You don't see a lot of fat executives.
