You got to give a couple of days. I'm sure they're busy and probably have lots of applicants. But then again if they find someone that meets their requirements and they can get a hold of them they'll take that shot.

It means that you weren't able to pick up the call when they called, and that they weren't able to pick up the phone when you called. That's what voicemail is.

In a perfect world, nobody would be working at such unprofessional companies. But in the real world, lots of people do. The fact of the matter is that there just aren't enough good employers out there to go around.
