It's more indicative of the education level of the out of work people than of the economy. I don't know any unemployed persons with an education that would be forced to go to Mickey D's.

Many BS degree applicant's at our fast-food places here in So Cal.

Look at who got the job in the article, it is telling.

Yep. Out here we can't even get fast food jobs as we are not fluent in Spanish.
