I think if this was happening in the US, this guy would have been reported but it's in my country (Peru).
Today in the morning, it was just me, him and another woman. It's a small company that will increase in size and agents eventually. However, hours before the other woman started her shift my boss started getting weird around me.
He started asking personal questions about my relationships (with how many, where, if I was a virgin still.... WTH) and he wouldn't shut up. This is none of his business.
The staring, coming near my desk and still insist on asking those questions was annoying and creepy.
Here is what gets irritating: He was saying things like ''Oh come on, I'm your friend not just your boss and we're just 6 years apart, don't be so embarrass about it''... again WTH
What type of boss, supervisor or manager ask for your history or other private question knowing it makes you feel uncomfortable?
Can't wait to find another position and leave this creep.....
I don't care if the job is in the US, Peru or Outer Siberia, you should have smiled and told him to mind his own business. If he persisted, smile again and say you won't answer questions of such a personal nature. More persistence - just look at him blankly, ignore him and walk away. Repeat Step 3 as necessary.
Wow. Thank god I live in the U.S. of A. where this scheit is illegal. If this happened to me? I would have found a job, gotten an offer, resigned - minus 2 week notice. Then I would have filed a complaint an down whatever necessary to make this man lose his job. Following that, I would posted all that stuff he said all over the Internet to reinforce the point further. I wonder how many more people he will continue doing this to.

The CEO of my company has been creepy like this to several women in my company but there really isn't anything to do about it except politely decline to answer and to search for a new job. Yeah, these questions are illegal in the US, but it's tough to call an employer/colleague out on this and to remain comfortable in your current company. In a perfect situation, the co-worker would get disciplined or fired and the person who was "interrogated" would find a new job. Unfortunately, in this type of economy there is a lot of BS people need to put up with make sure they maintain their current salaries.
I had to explain to my former boss wat snowballing and a rim job was. He always gave me sex quizzes out of Cosmo magazine as well....OMG!!!! Funny things happen to me

Illegal doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I recently interviewed for a part-time job just to get out of the house and the idjut asked me if I'd ever been married. I asked him why he wanted to know and he said, "Because people here are like family and I want to see if you'd fit in."
No matter where you live, you can always say that you are a private person and don't discuss these matters; that's the way you were brought up and that's the end of it.
