Is there anyway to do both? I think these could both be things to make u more marketable in the future. U can't go wrong with healthcare. Good luck in your choice. Don't be afraid to takes classes just to see if it is something u r interested in and feel free to change your mind until u find something u want to stay with. Good luck

You could do a bachelor's in business admin and complete your prerequisites for physical therapy as most programs are graduate level (at least here in California). Although business admin is a broad major and you could do lots with it, it is an extremely oversaturated major so you will need to do something to set yourself apart from the competition, such as internships, etc....
If you go the Business Admin. route then plan to get an MBA. There are a lot of Business Admin folks looking for jobs.
It's a good idea to consider PT. The population is aging and we seniors tend to be active. Active = injuries. The Baby Boomers will need more physical therapists.
You may not make as much money in PT but you will be able to find jobs almost anywhere. Health care is the future.

Having worked in different areas of business - retail, customer service, administrative assistant - all jobs that were ok, but not what I wanted to do, I'm now retired. If I could have done it all over again, I would have stayed in school and found something I really enjoyed and gone with that. Life's too short not to be happy in your life's work.
From my own point of view I would go for physical therapist assistant. I have a degree in Business Administration and it doesn't really set you apart. There are no jobs that a person with a Business Admin degree can apply for that somebody with a High School Diploma/GED can't. PT assistants don't make much money but you could at least be guaranteed to work when you graduate. If you want a business degree then get one in accounting. PT assistant would open you up to be able to work in the same field while you pursued becoming a physical therapist yourself if you so desired.
