since im taking no credits this summer, or at most 5 credits, i plan to grab a full time temp job this summer.
i currently work part time, 25 hours a week. boss said he'd prefer me to work 6 hours a day if possible when i wasn't busy with school, so i'll up that 25 to 30 a week.
i will then be 5 am -11 am at that place for 30 hours a week. this job isnt phyical btw, computer job.
im then thinking an 11:30-8:00 second job, or 12-9.
im wondering if anyone has done it, and if you think its possible that i can do it.
I have known people throughout my life that did it so it can be done. Can you do it? You are the best judge of that. What's your physical ability? Are you healthy? i think you'll find your answer when you answer those questions.
I have done it many times. It can be done. Not fun but more than possible. In college I was working part time, taking my classes and was the director of a hugh theatre project and madly in love. I survived on diet pills, coffee, and youthful foolishness.
I usually work 70-80 hours a week during my school breaks because it gives me a bit of a financial cushion during the school year. My one suggestion would be to try to make sure to schedule a day off once a week (meaning work 6 12 hour days instead of 7 10 hour days) because you'll need a full day to catch up on sleep, sanity and weekly errands.

I've certainly done it, so yes it can be done. But that by working extra hours in one job, not juggling two jobs.
But physical ability and logistical reality are two different things. Getting various employers to agree to those shifts is difficult, and you eat up time travelling from one job to the other.
For example, retail jobs often have 12-9 shifts but rare that they'll hire someone who's available only for those shifts. And too, they rarely hire for more than thirty hours (because they don't want to pay benefits). Which would mean a second such job would put you at maybe 50 hours, and your shifts would be so irregular that picking up a third job would be nigh impossible.
Also depends on the nature of the work. Is it "real work", lifting, or being mentally stressed, dealing with customers, etc? Or, is it "cruiser work" overseeing something, just sitting there, posting on City-Data, watching You-Tube, etc?
I used to work a minimum of 65 hours a week at the hotels in banquets. I was in my early thirties at that point. And I was on my feet all day, but I love the work and the pay. I enjoyed being with my co-workers. I had a great general manager.
If the job is interesting and enjoyable to you, then a 70 work week isn't difficult to handle. But if you dislike it in any way, then you'll hate even being there 20 hours a week.
Make sure you eat healthy, take vitamins and get your rest. Most college students don't eat well enough. It's super important to fuel your body with nutrients.
Make sure you have enough time to party, go clubbing, and chase down a bunch of chicks. Most college students will be ahead of the curve in these departments. It's super important for you keep up with them.
You only live once.
