Well I made it to round 3 of the interviews and when I first arrived the HR lady I had talked to over the phone met with me. She gave me an employee form to fill out and bring back and a document explaining company benefits. Now I know I don't have the job until there is a formal offer but would you say it is headed in the right direction? Out of all my years of interviewing I have never received any benefit information until I accepted the offer letter. I don't want to get too excited but thought it was a good sign. I'm one of 3 people they will choose from and was told either today or monday the lastest they will decide and make the offer. Just curious to hear what others think Thanks!

Honestly, don't get emotionally attached/excited. I was in your shoes a few weeks ago and ended up getting a rejection letter. It's hugely disappointing. Do what others here have suggested, keep looking until you have an offer in hand.

Hope I have good news to post tomorrow! I forgot the HR lady I spoke and met does not work on Fridays so I wouldn't expect to hear anything that soon. Keeping fingers crossed

Obviously it's heading in the right direction. But remember, 2 out of 3 people will walk away on Monday disappointed.

Hope for the best, brace for the worst, and yes, keep looking. But at least, you reached the serious stage of being a finalist, no matter what.

it seems really stange not to know the benefits b/c it effects what you get paid, If they have good medical you might take less $$$ but if their benefits are bad you'd want more pay.

No word yet Wait and see. I decided to follow up since they did say the latest was Monday ( or at least they hoped to have an answer by then ) and left the HR woman a brief, nice message to check in etc. Now I'll have to chill but still looking of course.
