I recall I worked at one place with tremendous turnover in our department. Thanks to a manager who knew nothing (except someone to give her the job) and a scary, psycho supervisor, within a year of me starting only one person from the original staff was left.

What kind of work will you look for this time round? I doubt you've done much networking on the job, as you were helping felons find work.

Those first three -- I'd bet that perhaps they had unrealistic expectations about the job and weren't willing or able to meet the employer halfway. Or they took the job thinking they'd quit if something "better" came along.

Now I'm too embrassed to say where I work because of the number of resignations in the past 3 weeks.
Who on the street will know about the resignations unless you tell them? Do you ever look at the "big picture" in any situations?
