how old are you?

i worked in a theater when i was 16 doing concessions. it was alright.

like others have said, i got free admission whenever i wanted and could view movies before they opened.

29. Ive been at my current place of employment about 10 years. I left the cinema job when I was 20 and started at 18.

I'm ancient: almost 40!It's not a first-run movie theater, but popular with old folks, so I actually do feel young there

usher is alright, i remember doing it once.

i stood in front of the ropes, the people would hand me the ticket, i would point left or right and that would be all.

I knew a guy in high school who worked as a projectionist and he would collect the discarded preview reels. He had a whole stack of them in his closet. The theater didn't care, they were just going in the trash anyway. We're both in our mid-20s now and he still says it was his favorite job.

Congrats!!! I just got a job too after 2 years of being without...you will find that as you are looking for another job being employed already is a good thing. Definately a step in the right direction. Good Luck
