Ha ha! I had a great job (although hard work) this summer working with horses and giving pony rides on a small pinto horse. I loved the people and horses so much plus I got in shape I ended up buying my co worker who is a ten year old 14 hand pinto!

Lucky you to get to work with horses, have a great experience, and get in shape. That sounds like the perfect job!

Excellent. Nothing better than working with dogs or horses, and getting paid. I love horses, they are really funny, and smart. I once worked on a therapy ranch/school for bad rich kids, they had to work with the horses, and it was incredible, those horses really did the work, and turned a lot of those kids, and parents around.

You will laugh at this, we had the horses in a corral, and the kids had to get the horses all to go into a painted circle in the middle, the parents were watching the kids with the horses.

The kids tried "bribng" the horses with food, yelling at them, and of course, the horses just thought it was an excellent game, running around the corral. The parents were watching, and realized the analogy, the kids were doing the same thing with the horses, to get them to do something, that the parents had done with the teens...with similar results.

I really think those horses were in on everything. They were as much as the team, as we were.
