I would give two weeks notice and have a kick ass party for everyone I worked with.

I wouldn't leave. I work seasonally anyway, but I would use the money to survive the six months I'm off, travel, etc.

If I found out while at work I would walk right out the door without saying a single word and ignoring anyone saying anything to me...

People say they wouldn't leave a job if they won the lottery, but the job might leave them.
You'd never get another raise or be promoted. Why? You don't need the money.
I think I'd just be as quiet as possible about it, and just give two weeks notice.

Yep, I'd just quietly leave the room like I'm going down the hall to the bathroom or something, then I would walk out to the parking lot, get in my car, and drive away. I would receive calls and voicemails from my boss and I wouldn't respond. I just wouldn't care.

I agree. Business as usual until the 2 weeks are up. Then off to live elsewhere. Many people today would go bonkers on Facebook, Twitter etc. A person will have plenty of calls as it is from their old friends, and their "new friends" in addition to sleazy attorney's, con artists, and "I'm your long lost 3rd cousin from Middle Earth" looking for money. Gets worse the more one wins like a Powerball giving 200 million.

I wouldn't mention it on social media and would try to keep a low profile. I would go into the office, tell my manager, hand over my keys, sign in documentation to make it clean, then leave afterwards.

I would give an indefinite notice. My intent would be to leave once my employer found a suitable replacement for me.

I would take people out for a really nice dinner, give each person a nice gift of some sort, and wish them well.

I would just pick up my stuff, leave the office keys on the owner's desk and leave a post-it saying "Adios." Unfortunately, I just couldn't do it to the next person who takes my position, having to learn the job by themselves, because no one else at my job has bothered to learn or understand what I do. They did this to me at my current job, just dumped all this work on me with no training at all. It is very stressful and frustrating, I just couldn't do that to the next person.
