It sounds as if what you're talking about is a problem with attention to detail, which was what nicet4 was really talking about. Anyone who has been in the military knows all about that.

That is what you may need to work on, your ability to focus on detail. Many employers are lenient with new, fresh out of school/training employees but there will come a limit.
