that they're afraid you'll form a union.

that if a bonus is given, it should be check or cash, not a turkey.

that the free coffee you're drinking is a very special blend.

that if you're hourly, comp time should be at time a half if over 40 hours, not hour for hour.

that they'd rather not have to listen to you at all, except where the position so designates.

lovetheduns"Considering the employer FICA rate is higher than the employee"

Only for one year. So your reply is a red herring. Every year, in approrpraitely, employer FICA is reduced by raising employee Health Care. That is stupid.

lovetheduns:"I can't recall off the top of my head if the FICA rate for Employers takes into account any voluntary pre-tax deductions (I *dont* believe it does as it is not the same for the employee)"

It does, as outside of the 2% 2011 only Employee FICA cut, employer SS?Medicare is a straight match. 401k employee contribution reduces Employer FICA. Oh boss didn't tell ya (tee hee), I wonder why? (sar)

why the last person left the position you're now in.

that they have an expensive car in their garage that they don't bring to work.

that you'll google covert camera and then be able pick out where they are in the office.

that they don't want you to document any injuries on the job, so that if you didn't know any better, you wouldn't fill out an injury report.

That "changing economic conditions" that drive the company's layoff is really the optimal amount of layoffs to maximize the executives' bonuses,

or where d(bonus)/d(layoffs) = 0
