I used to work 3rd shift many years ago and I remember it being a little hard...Especially when had days off - it was difficult to go to bed at normal time.
Now I might have a chance to get the job I went to school for - also 3rd shift.

Any opinions on working such schedule? Is it bad for health?

Would you guys do it?

Thanks!

The only person I have known to make it work and feel good is a guy who switched his entire life over to nights. So even on his days off.
