Instead of seeking out the services of employment attorneys, I would focus on your new job search and possibly pursuing disability. Do you really want to undergo the huge additional stresses of a prolonged legal battle? I don't see how that is good for anyone's health, especially given your condition.

Agreed. Hindsight is 20/20 but going the disability route would have been ideal.

But she still has a chance at proving the work environment was the cause. She has no choice but to try to prove it.

I hope she documented everything that was happening.
