This is what I've seen too. I think a lot of the poor attitudes and derision towards admins, is sexism and outdated stereotypes of what admins do. They picture someone who just answers a phone or types a few letters. Wrong!


Both men and women in this occupation work hard and they have to be smart & skilled to do their job, in most cases.

2 of them ran meetings attended by strictly managers and executives, on behalf of their boss.
