Am I the only one who hates Unicru and its clones? I hope that the more skilled jobs don't make you go through this torture. It's bad enough that I have to remember a hundred passwords and usernames and access codes and butt sizes, etc. The questions they ask on the assessments make me think that Unicru was designed by the people in Area 51 to brainwash the public or zap weird subliminal messages into their brain when they access the quiz.
*******
"You are more of a daydreamer than a rational person"

Yes I'm a complete moron with my head up my boss's ass!

"Your desk is mostly clean and organized"

No it's covered with the pills I have to take to keep my sanity after taking Unicru tests!

"You are more of a leader than a follower"

Well I guess convincing that one dingbat at Walmart that laxatives and aspirin are the same thing makes me sort of a leader...

"Most people would steal if they thought they could get away with it"

You're stealing my time!

"How many years of education do you have?"

-2 becuase I'm a dumbpass!

"Have you ever been fired asked to resign from a job?"

There was the time at McDonalds when I stuck mustard on this customer's sausage bisquit breakfast thing because he gave me **** on the drivethru. Oh, and that other place asked me to quit because they wanted to pay the CEO more money (if he only had $1 million salary he wouldn't have the energy to spank his secretary)

"YOu regularly save a set amount of money each month."

I probably save more money each month than I would make in a year at your ****ty job so what do you care?
*******
I can see why some people boycott companies as customers thanks to some experience with Unicru.

Bad advice - believe me, no one should ever drink to try and quell their anger / frustration, etc. But putting colorful rants on forums such as these is a creative, harmless outlet for pent-up emotions.

When I was unemployed late last year, I was taking this assessment every once in awhile when applying for jobs. I did finally find work at the beginning of this year, not for an employer who requires a Unicru exam when filling out the online application, though.

I've had a call from other potential employers each of the past two weeks. I chose not to call them back to explain that I was happily employed, as revenge for never calling me when I was sending all of those resumes and filling out all kinds of job apps without ever hearing back.

I hope the employers who called me the past two weeks made me take an Unicru test
