Well I just started working at this place since early March and they have made me and a couple of other newcomers invest a lot of time and energy in this place already. We are in the middle of a remodel and they haven't even given us an idea of if they are keep us or not longer. They have us on contract for only 3 months(although it's longer once I was found out), but they are playing guessing games with us. They have been pondering the thought about keeping us and letting some go, but nothing final. I'm itching to find out something soon because I really need to work and I need income. I still need to buy a car to get around, work my way up to become a team lead or manager, and there's nothing really here at all.

Has anybody ever been an seasonal employee, but ended up having the job permenently.
