I left Houston in Feb 2009 because no one was hiring from my August 2008 to Jan 2009 jobhunt there.

I came back to live in my Parent's Chicago house rent free. Good move as I saved a lot of money, but I can't find a job in Chicago. I apply for jobs I'm qualified for and I get no response.

That's bad. Chicago is a big city. If you can't find a job there, it will be harder to find one in other small cities.

not really. Indianapolis has been bringing in quite a few Chicagoans due to Indy having a much better job market and more employment opportunities.

Plenty of jobs here in Northern Virginia. The unemployment rate for the college educated is about 0%.
