Red face Intrafirm office transfer interview: Not sure how I came across

So today I had an interview with another office within the firm I am currently employed. I'm very good at interviews and I thought I gave good answers, had good conversation, and really matched the skillset and abilities they're looking for. Both interviewers were very complimentary of me and the projects I had worked on and basically insinuated that I am what they're looking for, at least it seemed like it. It was a good interview but unfortunately, this office is located on the other side of the country so before flying me out to meet partners and visit the office, they wanted to do a Skype interview. Overall the connection was good, but there were some hiccups in the connection and picture. The worst part: at one time the battery in my computer was about to die and I had to interrupt the director so I could plug in. I had the cord with me, but I didn't connect it to the wall. She said it was fine and kept talking but I had to turn my back, etc to plug it in to an oulet and I just feel it came across as rude. I excused myself and apologized of course, but I'm regretting not being more prepared and I'm not sure how this will impact their decision.

In general, I'm just not sure I came across as well as I could've in a face to face interview. It's impossible to make eye contact, shake hands, obseve body language, etc which I think is important for interviews.

Am I overanalyzing and do you think they'll be understanding considering, well, the fact that it was skype? I really want this position.
