Unhappy Any financial BANK reps out there?

Hello,

I am toying with the idea of leaving my current job in the city at a financial company to work as a financial rep at a bank (not a teller, more like a registered rep at say a Chase branch). I don't really know what to expect. Do you have to cold call, are you paid based on your sales, do you have sales goals to meet? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!
