I don't see how. Coding is an admininstrative/financial function.
Physical therapy aide, or even nurses' aide- moving people safely (for you and the patient) and general medical jargon and issues.

A lot of physical therapy programs require a certain number of hours of shadowing or clinical work experience. As stated above, I don't think medical billing and coding would qualify. For the experience, you would have to have direct patient contact.
