Hey all,

so, i'm looking for part-time jobs that have their main hours during the evening or weekend. I know that customer service rep, retail and hotels are an option, but does anybody have other suggestions? thanks.

Many production/manufacturing jobs have a third shift. The third shift will usually pay a dollar or two extra an hour to work graveyard.

Part time/evening work is going to explode over the next 9 months as employers bump full time employees down in time to avoid paying health insurance.

As for specific jobs, try home health aides. You'll most likely have to receive certifications but many places usually giving you X days after hire to attain those credentials.

If you have any private golf courses near by you could try caddying. The pay is usually between $50 and $75 per bag and most caddies carry two bags per round. So that is $100-$150 for a round of golf. Of course depending on where you are in the country it can be seasonal. I used to do that even when I was making a good salary just so I could play the course for free on Mondays.

CNA (you usually can get certified after a class that lasts a few weeks). Emergency room receptionist type person. Janitors or office cleaners. 24 hour restaurant work. Bartenders (this is probably the highest paying you'll find, but it's difficult to get into). Pickers at retail distribution centers like Amazon, Kmart, Walmart, etc (these usually pay over $10/hr to start and the work is a no brainer and not that hard, physically...just a lot of walking). 911 dispatcher.

being a CNA sucks unless you are planning on becoming a nurse at some point.

Waiting tables or bartending is almost all at night and/or weekends.
