Cite the law, if you can. Many a company and public agency has someone that speaks a second language. They are encouraged, and sometimes even paid a premium, for handling customers/clients that speak that language. This is no different.
if it was racism, your boss would find many excuses to fire or demote you. you are still working there. the boss has to present/sell an image to the fake people of the world. this is what corporations do. she is doing her part.

Many companies nowadays strive, on the surface, to be 'multicultural' and 'diverse'. The OP 'still working there' really has nothing to do with whether or not this is a matter of racism( I don't know all the details so I'm not going to make that call one way or the other).
Generally speaking, the 'isms'(Racism,Favoritism, Cronyism,Sexism etc) is one of those things that's difficult to prove as it's done covertly behind the scenes. Unless someone literally has it in writing that person X did not get hired/promoted etc because of their race, gender, religion, gender, etc, then its tough to prove beyond doubt. Obviously companies will do everything they can to appear fair and objective but it would be foolish to say that discrimination is non-existent in the workplace. Hell with my current employer it couldn't be more obvious but again its difficult to prove.
Well, since the only way to tell is whether they have a British accent, you can play dumb like you didn't notice the accent as British. How could she prove you wrong.

Its a boarderline fair housing issue under the worry that it could lead to steering or redlining. Sending all customer. of one nationality to one particular agent presumably of the same nationality. Fair is sending a customer to the agent "up next" for a caller or walk in. The customer can request it of course. Like i said its borderline, it mostly likely would not lead to steering.
"Oh you're a Brit? Well then let me just show you homes where I know lots of Brits live." Steering.
There are black Brits just like there are white South Africans. Race and nationality are not the same.
