We never made eye contact because she was looking in another direction so how would she know if I was looking at her like a piece of meat?

Why are you going around documenting who other employees socialize with? Doesn't that strike you as a little over the top because someone DIDN'T MAKE EYE CONTACT when you passed them in the hall???

If this happened in my office and someone complained about it to me, I would suggest they spend more time worrying about their work and not so much tallying the number of times someone talks or doesn't talk to them. I am a black man. I get the racist thing, believe me. But you are REALLY stretching here. You seem a little obsessive.
If someone came into my office with this complaint I would likely stare at them silently until they felt like an idiot and left.

It really is the only valid response.

SHE WAS LOOKING IN THE OTHER DIRECTION SO YOU DIDN'T MAKE EYE CONTACT!?!?!?!?!?

She was looking the other way and did not acknowledge you, and that was racist? Oh wait, I know what you are going to say...she was looking the OTHER way because she is racist. OMG OMG OMG

Wait a minute. She talks, as you say, to the other black employees but is racist to you? Methinks it is you personally she is avoiding and not the color of your skin....she talks to others and singles you out...yup, its you.

She talks to other black employees about things that are work related. I never see her socializing in the hallway on her way to the bathroom. She is either her office or someone else office talking about a report.

You know what, go with it. She talks to other black people in the office, you never see her socializing with ANYONE, and you only ever see her in her office or the offices of others. Yup, she is obviously a racist. No more obvious racist behaviors have EVER been exhibited in the workplace. Ever.

Happy now?

This is sad...I'm a black male and even I can see that this is obviously NOT racism.

It's comments like the OP's that ruin it for the rest of us. When we encounter legitimate racism, we're accused of "pulling the race card" because of petty instances like this

I'm a black woman - and I don't look at what you described as racist. Maybe she just doesn't want to talk to you. Maybe she didn't like the conversation you two had at the holiday party. She isn't obligated to talk to you or look at you.
