I work in a school (not employed by the school) and I get to collect UI during the summer break. I get a raise every September so when I open a new claim every June, I always get a little bit more than the previous year.
So my last day was yesterday and my weekly rate went down. Not much, only $20 but I don't make much on UI to begin with so it was a little shocking.

I tried to call and of course I'm on hold for 2 hours and then disconnected.

Any idea why? I worked the same amount of hours as previous years, actually more hours and also got that raise why would it go down?
