I've posted about jobs on here before as I want to find one after I graduate (will be getting a BA in psychology). I have some experience but I do have a few questions:
1. How important is experience for a new college graduate on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 is very important and 1 is not important at all)?
2. Do most college graduates have experience? If so, about how much?
2. How much experience is good or attractive for someone applying to a job in the mental health sector?
3. Are there any types of experience that would be almost useless?
Also the experiences I have are as a volunteer (all are positions that required commitment for at least a year) and I have never had an internship. Just laying that out on the table. Not sure if that makes a difference.
Thanks in advance, all.
