Hi, I am new to this forum. I am a Maritime Recruiter and have been working on a position that seems to be very difficult. I am looking for 30 AutoCAD/Catia Designers in Virginia and having no luck. Does anyone know a good website for these specialized positions? Any good Associations dedicated to this field? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Why not use craigslist? It is free as far as I know. Just google "craigslist" and you'll get their website.

Craigslist.org has a lot of exposure, but they are getting very strict now. They are starting to charge a fee to post for mostly all cities and states. The exposure is great. If you get a chance to post, you will see a huge response. Good luck!

Create a LinkedIn profile for yourself. There are 25M users of this professional networking community. You can use the search tools to find possibles. You can also create a job posting for the positions, but that may require a fee.
