It's difficult work, extremely stressful on me. I'm on the online/offline production team as a studio artist, I don't want to name where I work or what clients we have but you can PM me if interested

It sucks having a difficult, stressful job, but I see nothing in your posts that demonstrate you are worth more money. Sorry you are stressed but that doesn't earn you a raise. Tell us how your work generates more revenue that the competition (your coworkers).
