I was off work for medical reasons. Within that year my husband was transferred 75 miles from home so we had to move. Ui states if you quit your job do to something like this it qualifies you for ui. Also I have a dr note stating due to my condition commuting 150 mile a day is not recommended. I have an appeal hearing Monday. Any info on this? I have never been on ui in 25 years. The paper I received said were going to discuss if I'm able to work and or if I'm willing.. Yes I am and I was released from my dr.. I was under dr care due to extreme stressful job conditions and it was also recommended to not return to employer that I quit after 25 yrs. can I win? How long does it take to receive money? Iv sent every claim from on time. ? Please help
